The Jinbeili TS-0143 tactile switch is a compact, high-performance board edge and mid-mount surface mount right-angle switch designed for space-constrained electronic products requiring reliable tactile feedback and long service life. With a compact 4.9 × 3.0mm footprint, the TS-0143 is ideal for portable electronics, wearable devices, industrial controls, networking equipment, automotive electronics, consumer devices, and other applications where side-actuated switching is required.
The switch is available with 160gf and 250gf operating force options, allowing designers to select the tactile feel that best suits their application. It also offers two actuator material options—soft rubber for a quieter, cushioned feel or hard plastic for a crisp, positive tactile response. Featuring a 0.2mm travel, the TS-0143 provides precise, responsive actuation while maintaining a low-profile design suitable for compact products.
Designed for dependable electrical performance, the switch is available with DC 12V 50mA and DC 15V 20mA electrical ratings. Its durable construction delivers a minimum mechanical life of 100,000 operating cycles, ensuring consistent operation and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
The surface mount right-angle design supports both board edge and mid-mount installation, providing greater flexibility for PCB layout optimization and enclosure design while simplifying assembly in high-density electronic devices.
The Jinbeili TS-0143 is mechanically and electrically compatible with the C&K PTS847 Series, including PTS847MM350LSMTR2 LFS and PTS847MM260LSMTR2 LFS, making it an excellent drop-in replacement for existing designs or a reliable choice for new product development.
