    USB Type-C Female to Male Cable – IP67 Waterproof Screw-Lock Panel Mount

    The Jinbeili USB Type-C Female to Male Cable is a new-design USB-C cable assembly combining a screw-lock panel-mount USB Type-C female jack with a USB Type-C male connector. It is designed for reliable power, charging, and data connections in bathroom products, smart sanitary equipment, consumer electronics, home appliances, and customized electronic equipment.

    The USB Type-C female connector features a secure screw-lock panel-mount design. An O-ring gasket provides IP67 waterproof protection when properly installed with a compatible panel and sealing structure. The cable assembly is rated at DC 24V, 3A.

    Multiple USB Type-C male connector options are available at the opposite end, including a straight USB Type-C male connector, right-angle USB Type-C male connector, and up-angle or down-angle USB Type-C male connector. These options allow customers to select the most suitable cable orientation for their equipment and installation space.

    Different electrical configurations can be customized according to application requirements:

    • Configuration 1: VBUS and GND only
    • Configuration 2: VBUS, GND, D+, D-
    • Configuration 3: VBUS, GND, D+, D-, CC1, CC2
    • Configuration 4: VBUS, GND, D+, D-, SUB1, SUB2
    • Other customized USB Type-C pin configurations: Available upon request

    The cable is available with 24 AWG or 22 AWG wire, and wire lengths can be customized from 50 mm to 1000 mm.

    For USB Type-C charging applications, the female USB-C jack can be customized with two 5.1 kΩ pull-down resistors from CC1 and CC2 to GND. A USB-C PD trigger circuit can also be integrated for 9V, 12V, or 24V applications, depending on the power source and system requirements. Other customized USB-C circuits can be developed based on buyer specifications, including selected resistor configurations for specific charging applications.

    The cable assembly is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured in an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified factory.
