    The Jinbeili Dual USB Type-C Jack Socket is a new-design dual-port USB Type-C female connector designed for reliable power, charging, and data connectivity in demanding electronic applications. The connector integrates two USB Type-C female ports into one compact assembly and features a convenient snap-in panel-mount design for fast and secure installation.

    For applications requiring protection against water and moisture, this dual USB-C panel-mount connector uses an O-ring gasket to achieve an IP67 waterproof level when properly installed with the compatible panel and sealing structure. This makes it suitable for applications such as bathroom products, smart sanitary equipment, consumer electronics, and other equipment requiring protected USB connectivity.

    The connector is rated at DC 24V, 3A and is available with several electrical configurations. Configuration 1 includes VBUS and GND only for power applications. Configuration 2 includes VBUS, GND, D+, and D-. Configuration 3 includes VBUS, GND, D+, D-, CC1, and CC2. Configuration 4 includes VBUS, GND, D+, D-, SUB1, and SUB2. Other customized pin configurations are also available according to customer requirements.

    Wire options include 24 AWG and 22 AWG, with customizable wire lengths from 50 mm to 1000 mm. The opposite wire ends can be supplied stripped and tinned or terminated with crimp connectors such as JST PH, JST XH, Molex, or other compatible connectors for easier PCB and wire-harness assembly.

    For USB Type-C charging applications, the connector can be customized with two 5.1 kΩ resistors connected between CC1/CC2 and GND, depending on the required USB-C configuration. A USB-C PD trigger circuit can also be integrated for applications requiring 9V, 12V, or 24V, subject to system design and power-source compatibility. Additional resistor configurations, including 22 kΩ or 56 kΩ options between VBUS and CC lines, can also be customized for specific charging designs and device compatibility requirements.

    The Dual USB Type-C connector is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured in an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified factory.
