    Round USB Type-C Jack Socket – Snap-In Panel Mount Connector

    The Jinbeili USB Type-C Jack Socket is a new-design USB Type-C female connector with a compact round snap-in panel-mount design. It is designed to provide reliable power, charging, and data connectivity for bathroom products, smart sanitary equipment, consumer electronics, home appliances, and customized electronic devices.

    The round housing allows convenient installation into a compatible panel cutout, while the snap-in mounting structure supports fast and efficient assembly without additional screws or mounting hardware. This makes the connector suitable for OEM and custom electronic equipment requiring a compact panel-mounted USB Type-C interface.

    The USB Type-C jack is rated at DC 24V, 3A and can be customized with different electrical configurations according to application requirements:

    • Configuration 1: VBUS and GND only for power transmission.
    • Configuration 2: VBUS, GND, D+, and D- for power and USB 2.0 data applications.
    • Configuration 3: VBUS, GND, D+, D-, CC1, and CC2.
    • Configuration 4: VBUS, GND, D+, D-, SUB1, and SUB2.
    • Other customized pin configurations: Available upon request.

    Wire options include 24 AWG and 22 AWG, with customizable wire lengths from 50 mm to 1000 mm. The opposite wire ends can be supplied with stripped and tinned ends or terminated with crimp connectors such as JST PH, JST XH, Molex, or other compatible connectors for easier PCB and wire-harness installation.

    For USB Type-C charging applications, the connector can be supplied with two 5.1 kΩ pull-down resistors from CC1 and CC2 to GND. A customized USB-C PD trigger circuit can also be integrated for 9V, 12V, or 24V applications, depending on the power source and required system design. Additional resistor configurations, including 22 kΩ or 56 kΩ resistors between VBUS and CC lines, can also be evaluated for specific charging applications and device compatibility.

    The round USB Type-C panel-mount connector is RoHS and REACH compliant and manufactured in an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified factory, supporting consistent quality and controlled production.
