A4: Are you able to make this USB C jack with PD trigger circuit ?

Q4: Yes, we can, we can make it with chips IP2721 CH224K FUSB302 for PD trigger circuit.  But this overmoled USB C jack dimensions would be changed, becuase  USB C jack with PD trigger circuit would be larger than normal USB C. It’s necessary to make a new mold

Q5: What is MOQ of custom USB C cable ?

A5: MOQ is usually 500pcs depending on the complexity of customization. Lead time for standard configurations is 7–14 days; custom circuits or special pinouts may take 15–25 days. Please contact us for exact details.

Q6: Can you make this USB C jack to be with 20AWG wires for handling 5A above ?

A6: I am sorry the max cable we can use is 22AWG.  but I think 22AWG is able to handle 5A
